A family business built on referrals
My Blessing Services LLC was founded by Osman Lopez in August 2021 in Ayden, NC. It's genuinely a family operation: Osman runs the construction, remodeling, and additions side of the business — porches, decks, garages, carports, kitchens, and full home additions — while his wife runs house cleaning. It's one company with two crews, built out of the trades they were each already good at.
Right now Osman is personally rebuilding a fire-damaged home in Greenville — the kind of serious, full-scope project that shows what the crew can take on beyond the smaller jobs. Most of the business's work still comes from referrals, word of mouth, and repeat customers rather than lead-generation services, which is exactly how Osman wants to keep growing.
We work comfortably in English or Spanish, and we're upfront about what a project actually needs before we start — including telling you when something's outside what we'd recommend, rather than saying yes to every ask just to close the job.
